90 minute class consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises; done twice. The room is heated to 105° with 40% humidity.
This class has the same sequence of 26 Bikram postures and breathing exercises, but only some are done twice. Class is only 60 minutes long and is great for beginners or students who have less time.
Traditional Bikram classes do not have music playing, which can have benefits. However, music can sometimes be a fun addition to a practice.
Music selection depends on the instructor.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room hated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat-all without the pounding of a high impact workout.
A relaxing and meditative yoga that works deeply into the joints and connective tissues. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes. The long holds give the body time to change and become more supple and flexible.
Not heated, but warm from the earlier classes of the day.
Classes are 75 minutes.
