Express 60 (XP60)
This class has the same sequence of 26 Bikram postures and breathing exercises, but only some are done twice. Class is only 60 minutes long and is great for beginners or students who have less time.
An instructor is in the room, but no instructional dialogue is spoken. The instructor will simply say, "Change" to move from one posture to the next.
It's recommended only experienced practitioners attend (taken at least 10 classes).
Traditional Bikram classes do not have music playing, which can have benefits. However, music can sometimes be a fun addition to a practice.
Music selection depends on the instructor.
