This class has the same sequence of 26 Bikram postures and breathing exercises, but only some are done twice. Class is only 60 minutes long and is great for beginners or students who have less time.
Traditional Bikram classes do not have music playing, which can have benefits. However, music can sometimes be a fun addition to a practice.
Music selection depends on the instructor.
A 60 minute Vinyasa class perfect for challenging balance and strength and flexibility. Vinyasa is about synchronizing breath and movement. It is an invigorating full body flow set to music is a foundation yoga class the will work every muscle. Suitable for all levels and warmed to 90 degrees.
A relaxing and meditative yoga that works deeply into the joints and connective tissues. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes. The long holds give the body time to change and become more supple and flexible.
Not heated, but warm from the earlier classes of the day.
Classes are 75 minutes.
This class is a 60 minute Bikram that goes right into a 30 min Yin. Students can leave at anytime after the 60 min bikram but are incouraged to enjoy the yin. There is a brief Savassana (1 min) after final breathing and then proceed with Yin.
