10 AM Sunday POWER CORE YOGA: This is a creative & dynamic yoga style where yoga poses are linked together with the breathe. Students are challenged as they move in this fast paced series from one pose to the next! There is specific focus on developing core strength and upper body strength. This is an all-levels class with inspiring music in a warm room. 75 minutes.
3 PM Saturday HIPS & SHOULDERS: Yin yoga is characterized by deep stretching of connective tissue which allows for greater range of motion, and lengthening and strengthening the muscles. This is an all-levels class where postures are held for a greater length of time, in a warm room. 75 minutes.

Join your favorite teachers in studio while they go through the 26 postures showing form, technique, and emphasizing the benefits of each posture.
